Beta request privacy
Test preview · 23 October 2026
The invitation form collects your email, optional first name, request time and the version of the contact consent you accepted. We use this to review requests and contact you about beta access when invitations open. It does not create an account or subscribe you to marketing.
Requests are stored in the test app’s Supabase database. They can be reviewed by the project operator and designated beta administrators through restricted administrative access. They are not visible to visitors or other members. This form does not request workout, health or payment information.
Invitation emails are paused. Please use fictional contact details when trying the preview. Avoid including sensitive information in your first name.
Requests should be removed when no longer needed for the beta, or on withdrawal. During this private test, contact the person who gave you the preview link to request removal. The final operator identity, support contact and retention period must be confirmed before a public launch.
Fuelith landing-page submissions
The separate Fuelith interest form saves submitted goals, training location, frequency, experience, contact details and optional weight, along with submission and consent details, in the private test database. Only designated beta administrators can view the submissions inbox. An email notification is attempted after saving. These enquiries do not create an account, send an invitation or subscribe the visitor to marketing. Contact info@fuelith.com for enquiry or removal requests. Existing email-only test enquiries may be imported by the operator; their original consent notice is preserved.
Signed-in beta feedback
Feedback records your account reference, selected feedback type and app area, message and submission time. You can view your recent reports and their current review status. Designated beta administrators can review the inbox, change statuses and record private notes with reviewer and status history. Admin notes and reviewer history are not shown to testers. No screenshot, device diagnostics or current page address is collected automatically. Feedback does not send an email or change your programme. Leave out passwords and personal health details. Contact the person who shared the preview for removal requests.
Signed-in testers can review selected account-data download and removal guidance on the Account privacy & data page.
This notice covers beta requests and feedback. A full app privacy policy covering account and fitness data must be completed before external release.
